With chilly days and snow on the horizon, I thought I'd do a post on Winter-themed Weddings. It's a common theme and can be focused more on silver and icy blues, or opt for the richer tones of the holiday season.
I have three winter-wedding boards on Pinterest:
General Winter Wedding Inspiration: think hot chocolate bar and getting married at an Ice Hotel!

Winter Wonderland (think icy blues and snowflakes):

Christmas themed Wedding: think deep reds, greens, golds, silver, poinsettia and mistletoe

Whatever the colour scheme, the bride needs to keep warm on her way to the wedding:
Can opt for a small cape or wrap:
The bride can opt for a white cover-up or go for something more colourful:
If you're a brave bride, you could go with a coloured gown...an ice blue gown for a winter wonderland
theme or a bright red wedding gown for a holiday wedding!
Silver?
As to what to carry... so many wonderful choices from bright reds and greens
to all white, or how about this unique Christmas ornament bouquet?
The snowflake is a common and pretty winter symbol that a winter bride can incorporate into her day from decor to shoes and headpiece!
Happy Holidays to all the winter brides! :-)
